1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website and every order placed through it. The website is operated under the trading name IGET Bar Australia (referred to as "we", "us" or "our"). We are an independent online reseller. We are not the official IGET website, are not connected with or endorsed by the IGET trademark owner, and are not a pharmacy, health service or medical practice.

By using the website or placing an order you agree to these terms together with our privacy policy, shipping policy, returns and refunds policy and age and responsible use policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

2. Who may order

You must be 18 years of age or over to use this website or place an order. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18, that the delivery address is in Australia, and that the products are for your own lawful use and not for supply to a person under 18.

We may ask for proof of age or identity before dispatching an order. If it is not provided, or we reasonably believe an order was placed by or for a minor, we will cancel the order and refund any payment received.

3. Orders and acceptance

An order placed through the checkout is an offer to buy the listed products at the prices shown. Each order receives an Order ID in the form IGET-10000, shown on the confirmation page and in the confirmation email. Quote it with every payment and in every message to us.

We accept an order when we confirm your payment and dispatch the goods. Until then we may decline or cancel an order, for example where a product is out of stock, a price or description was displayed in error, payment cannot be confirmed, the delivery address cannot be serviced, or we suspect fraud or an underage purchase. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we refund the full amount.

4. Prices, minimum order and shipping

All prices are in Australian dollars. The minimum order is $100.00 on the product subtotal. Standard shipping is $10.00 and express shipping is $35.00; express is free when the product subtotal is $300.00 or more. Shipping charges and any discount are shown in the order summary before you place the order.

Prices and shipping charges can change without notice, but the price shown when you place an order is the price you pay for that order. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price we may cancel the affected order and refund it.

5. Payment

• Bank transfer and PayID: pay the total shown to the details provided at checkout, or sent to you after ordering, using the payment reference requested. A photo or PDF of the payment receipt is required where the payment details are shown at checkout. Your order is held as awaiting payment until the transfer is confirmed.
• Cryptocurrency: a 15% discount is applied to the product subtotal and you are taken to OxaPay, our payment processor, to pay in Bitcoin, USDT, Ethereum or another supported coin. The invoice stays open for a limited time and the order is confirmed automatically once the payment clears on chain. Cryptocurrency payments cannot be reversed once sent, so check the amount and network before paying.
• Unpaid orders: an order that remains unpaid for a reasonable period may be cancelled. If you pay after an order has been cancelled, contact us and we will refund the payment or reinstate the order.

6. Delivery, returns and your consumer rights

We deliver within Australia only. Dispatch times, delivery estimates and the same-day cut-off are set out in the shipping policy. Faulty products, refunds and cancellations are covered by the returns and refunds policy.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those guarantees or the remedies available to you for a failure to comply with them.

7. Australian vape regulation

Vaping goods are regulated in Australia under Commonwealth, state and territory law, and the rules differ by product type and change over time. You are responsible for making sure you may lawfully purchase, possess and use the products you order in the place you live, and for meeting any prescription, age or other requirement that applies to you. Nothing on this website is legal advice or a representation about your individual circumstances. Current official guidance is linked at the end of this page and in the regulatory disclaimer.

8. Product information and availability

We aim to keep product names, images, flavour descriptions, prices and stock labels accurate, but some content is supplied by manufacturers or third parties and may change. Images are illustrative and packaging can differ between production batches. A stock label shows availability at the time the page was updated and is confirmed when we process your order.

We may change or remove content, products or prices, and may update these terms, at any time. The version published on this page applies from the date shown above.

9. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the website or interfere with its security or operation.
• Do not use the website to buy products for a person under 18, or to supply, import or advertise regulated products unlawfully.
• Do not submit false information, upload files that are not genuine payment receipts, impersonate another person, scrape the site at disruptive scale or introduce malicious code.
• Do not reproduce site content or branding in a way that suggests endorsement by IGET or any other rights holder.

10. Intellectual property and third-party content

The website layout and original text are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Product names, trademarks and images remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the products we sell. Links and externally hosted images may lead to services we do not control; their availability, security and privacy practices are governed by their operators.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website, from delays outside our control, or from use of a product contrary to the manufacturer's instructions. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

Personal information you provide when ordering or contacting us is handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
