IGET Bar Australia accepts orders for delivery within Australia. Payment is by bank transfer, PayID or cryptocurrency, and orders are dispatched once payment is confirmed. For anything about an order, quote your Order ID and contact us.
1. Scope
This policy explains how IGET Bar Australia handles personal information collected through this website, including the information you give us when you place an order or contact us. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles to the extent they apply to us.
2. Information we collect
- Order details: your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, the products ordered, your shipping and payment choices and your Order ID.
- Payment receipts: the image or PDF you upload to show a bank transfer or PayID payment. We do not collect card numbers and no card payments are taken on this website.
- Cryptocurrency payments: the invoice reference, amount and payment status returned by OxaPay. We never receive your wallet keys.
- Cart data: the products you add to your cart, stored in your own browser so they are still there when you return on the same device.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device details, pages requested, timestamps and security events recorded automatically by our hosting and security providers, plus a session cookie used to run the checkout securely.
- Live chat: if you open the chat window, your messages and the technical information above are processed by Chatway, the provider that runs it for us.
- Messages: anything you send us when you contact us about an order, a return or a privacy request.
3. How we use it
- To process, confirm and deliver your order, send the order confirmation and payment instructions, and check that payment has been received.
- To respond to your questions, returns and warranty claims.
- To meet our legal obligations, including verifying age where required and keeping transaction records.
- To operate, secure and troubleshoot the website and to prevent fraud and abuse.
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not send marketing emails or run a marketing list.
4. Who we share it with
- Delivery carriers, who receive your name, delivery address and phone number so the parcel can be delivered.
- OxaPay, our cryptocurrency payment processor, which receives the Order ID, the amount and your email address when you choose to pay with crypto. OxaPay's own privacy policy applies on its payment page.
- Our hosting, email and security providers, which process data on our behalf.
- Chatway, which operates the live chat and stores the conversation so it can be continued later.
- Telegram: new-order alerts, including the customer name, contact details, delivery address, order lines and the uploaded payment receipt, are sent to the store operator through the Telegram messaging service so orders can be checked quickly.
- Government agencies, regulators or courts where the law requires it.
Some of these providers, including Telegram, OxaPay and Chatway, store data outside Australia. By ordering, you consent to this overseas disclosure to the extent it is needed to fulfil and support your order.
5. Storage, security and retention
Order records and payment receipts are stored on our server in a location that is not reachable from the web, with access limited to the store operator. Data sent between your browser and the website is encrypted with HTTPS. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so we cannot promise that unauthorised access will never occur.
We keep order records, including receipts, for as long as needed to fulfil the order, handle returns and warranty claims and meet record-keeping obligations, which is generally at least five years for transaction records. Cart data stays in your browser until you clear it. Technical logs are kept by our providers according to their own retention periods.
6. Access, correction and deletion
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete information we are not required to keep, by emailing support@igetbaraus.shop and quoting your Order ID if you have one. We will confirm your identity before releasing information and will respond within a reasonable time.
7. Complaints
If you have a privacy concern, contact us first and we will try to resolve it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
8. Changes
We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The version published on this page applies from the date shown above.
