1. Adults only

This website and every product on it are for adults aged 18 years or over. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18, that the products are for your own use and that you will not supply them to a person under 18. Anyone who provides false age or identity information, or buys regulated goods for a minor, may be committing an offence.

2. Age checks

We may ask for proof of age or identity before dispatching an order. If it is not provided, or we have reason to believe an order was placed by or for a minor, we cancel the order and refund any payment received. Our carriers may also require a signature from an adult on delivery.

3. Australian law

Vaping goods are regulated in Australia under Commonwealth, state and territory law, and the rules differ by product type and change over time. Being over 18 does not by itself make every purchase, possession or use lawful. 4. Health information

Nicotine is addictive. Vaping products are not suitable for people who do not already use nicotine, for anyone under 18, or for people who are pregnant or breastfeeding, and they are not a therapeutic or smoking-cessation product. 5. Safety

Vaping products and batteries require careful handling.

• Keep devices and liquids away from children and animals.

• Follow manufacturer instructions and lawful disposal requirements.
• Seek urgent medical assistance or contact the Poisons Information Centre on 13 11 26 if exposure or poisoning is suspected in Australia.
